1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and hotph ("hotph," "we," "us," or "our"), a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By accessing the hotph website (hotph.cam), creating an account, depositing funds, or using any hotph gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as all policies referenced herein, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of hotph services and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances, deposits, and winnings.

2.2 Geographic Restriction

hotph services are available exclusively to individuals physically located within the territorial boundaries of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account access and gameplay. You may not use virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other technology to disguise your actual geographic location. hotph employs geolocation verification technology to enforce this restriction. Violation of this geographic restriction is grounds for immediate account termination without notice and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You are not legally prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order. You are not accessing hotph services while located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal or restricted.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Creation

To access hotph gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) hotph account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, accounts opened under false names, and shared accounts are strictly prohibited. If hotph detects or suspects that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close all such accounts, void all transactions, confiscate any winnings, and forfeit all balances without refund.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

hotph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all account holders. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you will be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and any additional documentation that hotph reasonably requests.

You agree to provide these documents promptly upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hotph may result in account restrictions, including but not limited to suspension of withdrawal privileges. hotph reserves the right to request re-verification at any time.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hotph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify hotph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. All activities conducted through your account are deemed to be authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain account security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

hotph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, direct bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. hotph reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that does not comply with this requirement.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. hotph reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your legal name that have been verified during the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, transaction review, and compliance checks. hotph reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request pending completion of these checks.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 15-30 minutes; bank transfers typically process within 24 hours. hotph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.4 Wagering Requirements on Deposits

In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Deposits that are withdrawn without meeting this minimum wagering requirement may be subject to administrative fees or rejected entirely.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Promotional Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hotph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods. These terms are published on the hotph website and form part of these Terms by reference. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms applicable to any bonus or promotion before claiming it.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

hotph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity that hotph determines, in its sole discretion, to be inconsistent with the spirit and intent of the promotion. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided, and deposits may be confiscated.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

hotph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via your account settings. Changes to limits that tighten restrictions take effect immediately; changes that loosen restrictions are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

You may self-exclude from hotph for any period ranging from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, and you will not be permitted to deposit funds, place wagers, or access any hotph gaming services. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the selected period. If you wish to self-exclude, please contact hotph customer support. We will process your request within 24 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

7.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the hotph platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Opening multiple accounts or operating accounts on behalf of third parties;
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technology to place bets or manipulate gameplay;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any f orm of cheating, chip dumping, or match manipulation;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the hotph platform;
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hotph staff or other players;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain without reporting them to hotph.

7.2 Account Suspension and Termination

hotph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive. Upon termination, hotph will determine, at its sole discretion and subject to regulatory requirements, whether any remaining balance is returnable to you. Balances associated with accounts terminated for rule violations may be forfeited in whole or in part.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the hotph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface designs, video content, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of hotph or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the hotph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of hotph content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

hotph provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. hotph shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity failures, or any other interruption of service beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 Gaming Outcomes

All games on the hotph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. hotph makes no guarantee of any particular outcome in any game. Gaming involves risk, and you may lose all funds you deposit and wager. hotph is not liable for any financial loss arising from gaming activity on the platform.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hotph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hotph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The regulatory authority with jurisdiction over hotph's gaming operations is the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of hotph services, you agree to first contact hotph customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. hotph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate regulatory or judicial channels in the Philippines.

10.3 PAGCOR Regulatory Complaints

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, hotph is subject to the oversight and dispute resolution authority of PAGCOR. Players who are not satisfied with hotph's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint submission process. hotph will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or inquiry.

11. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

hotph is fully compliant with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended, and all related PAGCOR AML directives. We are required to monitor transactions, file suspicious transaction reports (STRs), and report covered transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. hotph reserves the right to suspend or freeze accounts and hold funds pending AML investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any AML compliance request from hotph, including providing supporting documentation for large or unusual transactions.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

hotph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By using hotph services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 13. Amendments to Terms

hotph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the hotph website and, where practicable, notifying registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the hotph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the hotph platform and may request account closure.

14. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and hotph with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
